Copy & Paste

CTRL+C is the universal keyboard shortcut for Copy.

Here’s what it does:

  • It copies the selected text, image, file, or object to your clipboard.

  • It does not remove the original—just creates a duplicate ready to paste.

  • You can then use CTRL+V to paste the copied content wherever you need it.

The Win + Shift + Left/Right Arrow keyboard shortcut in Windows is used to move the active window to the left or right monitor in a multi-monitor setup. It’s a quick way to rearrange windows across screens without using the mouse, perfect for multitaskers working with multiple displays!

The Alt + Tab keyboard shortcut in Windows allows you to switch between open applications. When you hold down Alt and repeatedly press Tab, it cycles through all your active windows, displaying thumbnails of each. Release the keys when the window you want is selected, and it will come to the forefront. It's a quick and efficient way to multitask without using the mouse!

Dictation

The Win + H keyboard shortcut in Windows activates the dictation feature. It allows you to dictate text instead of typing, using your device's microphone. It's a helpful tool if you want to work hands-free or type faster by speaking your thoughts.
